Born and raised here in the LC Valley, Dustin spent over 25 years in law enforcement. Dustin first became involved in the NWCH in 2014 when he began playing sports with residents and staff each week ,fostering positive relationships between youth and police. This involvement led to his becoming a dedicated advocate for youth and ultimately joining the board of directors in 2018.

Dustin has since transitioned from law enforcement but continues to actively support youth initiatives. He currently provides student support services at a local high school and serves as a co-leader of the local youth coalition.
