Residential Therapist

We pay for 2 year LMSW and LPC supervision for clinical endorsement.

Wage

  • Paid hourly due to the nature of clinic scheduling 

  • Non-Clinical level (LMSW & LPC) $56,000 - $60,000/yr. plus stipend to cover supervision for endorsement.

  • Clinical level (LCSW & LCPC) $68,000 - $72,000/yr. DOE

Schedule

  • Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM

    • Hours vary based on program needs.

    • Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

    • Clinical On-Call coverage required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Therapist will ensure the quality and integrity of the overall therapeutic environment within the residential setting. The Therapist will provide clinical direction, leadership, consultation and training for employees in relevant clinical topics and techniques.

The Therapist will ensure cooperative functioning of the treatment program with the goal of integrating clinical, milieu and direct-care efforts. This position will also provide quality, comprehensive therapeutic services to an assigned caseload of clients.

PATIENT DEMOGRAPHIC: Children (typically 11-17) in residential treatment facility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of master’s degree, clinical licensure preferred

  • Current licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC)

    • OR licensed clinical social work (LCSW)

    • OR licensed professional counselor (LPC) in clinical supervision plan

    • OR licensed master social worker (LMSW) in clinical supervision plan

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.

  • Valid state issued driver's license.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and provide verification.

  • Able to pass required Background Checks.

  • Able to complete and maintain all training requirements per agency policy and procedures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current LCPC or LCSW certification

  • One year experience in counseling individual, family and/or group therapy with evidence-based approaches.
