All the children in our care have experienced serious trauma. Our employees walk alongside youth as they receive treatment and work towards goals specific to their needs.
We are looking for role models for children. Employees who can meet a child where they are, build healthy relationships, and set boundaries using a Trauma Informed Care (TIC) approach.
Our employees are critical to the successful treatment process for these children.
