Whitney Rales, SHRM-CP, serves as the Operations Director of Northwest Children’s Home, overseeing Business Operations, Payroll, Fundraising and HR Law Compliance. In 2014 she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Operations Management from the University of Idaho. Through nearly 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field and working with Social Services agencies, she has discovered a passion for helping others.

As an active member and ambassador for the local Chamber of Commerce, Whitney has been a champion for positive change, showcasing the value her organization adds to the community. As the founder of her agency’s Safety Committee, she is dedicated to maintaining a safe environment for clients and employees alike.
